An authorized company owner can end Alex AI’s QuickBooks access from the private connection settings. Disconnecting revokes the Intuit authorization and stops future QuickBooks synchronization.
What happens after disconnection
Alex AI stops requesting new QuickBooks data and removes the local OAuth credential. Previously imported business records are handled according to the Alex AI Privacy Policy and may be deleted on an authorized request, subject to legal or recordkeeping requirements.

Alternative revocation
