Service area · Liberty Lake, WA
Across the line, one standard.
Liberty Lake is the first Washington exit past the state line — a young city, incorporated in 2001, and one of the fastest-growing in the state. The stock skews new: 2000s-to-2020s subdivisions, the golf-adjacent MeadowWood neighborhoods, and the 900-acre River District town center that recently passed its thousandth residential unit. It’s close enough to Coeur d’Alene that we’re a natural fit, and the work ranges from leveling up a newer build to a full refresh on an established one.
Building here means working under Washington’s rules, which differ from Idaho’s on contractor registration and permitting. We plan for that from the start — Liberty Lake runs its own permits rather than routing through the county — so crossing the state line never turns into a surprise on your timeline or your budget.

On the groundAbout fifteen minutes west on I-90, the first exit past the Idaho line. Liberty Lake issues its own building permits through its Community Development department, and Washington’s contractor rules differ from Idaho’s — we plan for both up front.
