Bring back the whole house.
Spokane Valley became a city in one stroke in 2003 — folding Opportunity, Dishman, Veradale, Trentwood, and more into what was then one of the largest new-city incorporations in the country. Its housing DNA is just as clear: post-war ranches from the 1950s and ’60s layered with the split-levels that went up through the ’70s and ’80s. Solid homes that have served families for decades and are ready for their turn.
The requests are consistent — open the kitchen, fix the baths, make the whole house feel like it was built for right now. We keep a single crew on-site here rather than stretching thin across the state line, and we plan around the City of Spokane Valley’s permit center from day one.

Bathrooms
Primary baths and powder rooms detailed like the rest of the home deserves — tile set true, fixtures that hold up, and waterproofing you never think about again..
Full home
When one room won’t fix it, we take on the whole house — reworking flow, finishes, and systems into a home that feels considered end to end..
On the groundAbout twenty-five minutes west on I-90. Spokane Valley has run its own permit center since incorporating in 2003, and the housing is mostly post-war ranch and ’70s-and-’80s split-level — exactly the stock we’re built to modernize.
