These terms govern text messages sent by Alexandra & Co. Inc. DBA Alexandra Build Co.. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.

Program description

Our messages are conversational and informational: responses to your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, project updates, and follow-ups on requests you make (such as the remodel guide). We text to run your project well — not to blast promotions.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or by texting us first and continuing the conversation. Consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or service. We record your consent with your submission.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on where your inquiry or project is — typically a few messages around scheduling and active project milestones. No recurring-message subscription is required.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard charges apply.

Opt out — STOP

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also ask us by phone or email to remove your number.

Privacy

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and changes

You must be 18 or older, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
