Updated to last.
Greenacres is a name Spokane Valley locals still use every day, even though it hasn’t been its own place on the map since Spokane Valley incorporated in 2003. It kept its post office, its schools, and its identity — and its housing, which reads like the rest of the valley: solid post-war and later suburban homes built to last and worth investing in. Most of our work here is bringing those homes forward a generation.
Kitchens and baths first, usually, then the whole-home updates that follow once you see what the house can be. We run it as one design-build team, so the plan holds together from the first sketch to the last coat of paint.
What we build in Greenacres
The work this place asks for.
Kitchens
We build kitchens that hold Thanksgiving.
Bathrooms
Primary baths and powder rooms detailed like the rest of the home deserves — tile set true, fixtures that hold up, and waterproofing you never think about again..
Full home
When one room won’t fix it, we take on the whole house — reworking flow, finishes, and systems into a home that feels considered end to end..
On the groundAbout twenty-five minutes west on I-90. Greenacres is split across three jurisdictions, so permitting depends on the exact address — it pulls through the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, or Liberty Lake, and we confirm which before we price the job.
