These terms govern your use of alexandrabuild.co and describe, in plain language, how working with us begins. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

This site is informational

The content on this site — including project photography, service descriptions, pricing discussion, and the remodel guide — is provided for general information. It describes how we typically work, but it is not an offer, a quote, or design, engineering, or legal advice for your specific project. Every property and project is different; conclusions about yours require a conversation and usually a site visit.

Estimates and proposals

Estimates, budget ranges, and proposals are non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties. They are based on the information available when prepared, and they can change when scope, selections, site conditions, or material pricing change.

Project agreements

All construction work is governed by a written project agreement signed before work begins, including any required deposit. That agreement — not this website — controls scope, schedule, materials, pricing, payment terms, warranties, insurance, and dispute resolution. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order signed by both parties.

Site content and photography

The text, brand, and photography on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and they document real projects we are proud of. You are welcome to share links; please do not copy, scrape, or reuse our content or project photography for commercial purposes without written permission.

Forms and communication

Submitting a form on this site starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship or reserve a spot on our schedule. Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy, and text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms of Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties about the site itself — its availability, or the completeness of general information on it — and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in this section limits the warranties and obligations in an executed project agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any obligations related to construction work are governed by the executed project agreement for that work.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
