Coeur d’Alene is where we live and where our crews start their mornings, so most of our work has always been within a few minutes of the shop. The city is really two housing markets stacked together: a century-old core in Fort Grounds, Sanders Beach, and the Garden District — Craftsman, Tudor, and Victorian bones from the 1900s through the 1940s — and newer pockets like the Riverstone waterfront south of downtown. We work across both.
That range is the whole point of design-build. A full gut on an original home off Sherman and a ground-up house on the cedar-and-stone lots at Black Rock ask for different things, but the promise is the same — one team carrying it from drawings to the final walkthrough, so the house you were shown is the house you move into.

On the groundThis is home base — most crews are within fifteen minutes of your door. In-town projects permit through the City of Coeur d’Alene’s Building Services, and parcels out past the city line, like the Black Rock lots, fall to Kootenai County; we pull both regularly.
