Hayden grew up along the Highway 95 corridor, and most of its homes came out of the subdivision waves of the 1990s and 2000s — established, well-kept neighborhoods like Trailridge that are now hitting the age where fifteen- and twenty-year-old kitchens and baths no longer fit. That’s the bulk of what people call us for: opening up a kitchen, redoing tired baths, making a good house feel current.
The pitch that built this town still holds — close to the lake and to Coeur d’Alene’s amenities without lake-town pricing. Because we’re just up the road, we keep a crew on-site daily instead of losing half-days to windshield time, which keeps the schedule honest and the work moving.
