Post Falls is the fastest-growing city in Kootenai County by a wide margin — north of twenty percent through the first half of the decade — and it shows in the housing. A big share of our work here is the first real remodel of homes in the newer planned communities like Foxtail and Tullamore: kitchens that were builder-grade from day one, baths that never quite worked, layouts ready to open up.
But there’s an older Post Falls too — the mill-town core along the Spokane River and Falls Park, and established neighborhoods like Montrose and the Highlands.
