Sandpoint sits about an hour north on Lake Pend Oreille — Idaho’s largest lake — where the Selkirk, Cabinet, and Bitterroot ranges meet and Schweitzer rises just up the road. Inside town the stock is mostly older bungalows and 1970s and ’80s ranches ripe for a real remodel; at the high end it’s resort product like Dover Bay on the water and The Idaho Club up the Pack River. We work across that whole spread.
A lot of these are second homes and cabins loved hard a few months a year, so we build for it — durable, low-maintenance, ready the moment you show up. And we’ll be straight about the distance: Sandpoint is a genuine drive from our shop, so we take it on in planned stretches rather than same-week calls, and we price the travel honestly up front.
