Hayden Lake is small and established — an incorporated town of well under a thousand people, organized more around the water and the country club than around any subdivision. The housing runs the full range the shoreline has collected over a century, from original summer cabins to large historic and modern homes, much of it held in the same families for generations.
Work here is less about adding square footage than respecting what’s already there. The town grew up around the Hayden Lake Country Club — home to Idaho’s first eighteen-hole golf course, laid out in 1912 — and that legacy shows in the houses: they’re meant to last generations, and we build and renovate them that way, shoreline setbacks and all.
