Cabins on the east shore.
Harrison is a town of a couple hundred people on the quiet east shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene, where the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes meets the water and Main Street still runs restored storefronts and flower pots down to the marina. A century ago it was the biggest town in the county, thick with sawmills; today the work is mostly lake homes, historic cottages, and cabins built for summers on the water.
Farther out, the gated Gozzer Ranch community carries a Harrison address on the bluffs above the lake. Wherever the project sits, the roads down here add time, so we plan around it — batching site days, staging materials ahead, and keeping one tight crew rather than a rotating one. It’s how you build well somewhere that isn’t around the corner.
What we build in Harrison
The work this place asks for.
Custom homes
Ground-up builds on lake lots and acreage — designed and constructed by one team so the house you move into is the house you were promised..
Full home
When one room won’t fix it, we take on the whole house — reworking flow, finishes, and systems into a home that feels considered end to end..
Kitchens
We build kitchens that hold Thanksgiving.
On the groundUnder an hour around the east side of the lake. In-town remodels permit through the City of Harrison; lakefront and rural parcels, including the Gozzer Ranch bluffs, likely run through Kootenai County — the cabin roads make it a haul, so we stage materials ahead.
